I've never really stopped, I like to tell people, I just slowed down a lot. sometimes as little as one cigarette every month.
but between staring at this site for the last two hours and getting this lovely note from my manager: Please note that your Q3 productivity average to date is 72%, and that the department expectations are 93%. As noted in the follow up email (Task Complicance) I sent you a few days ago, we'll need to see immediate improvement in these areas. We'll be meeting later to discuss this further. I feel the distinct desire to inhale some gaseous death. The note may or may not constitute a written warning, but the meeting will probably be a verbal one. I think a person only gets one of each before drastic steps are taken. Steps. Ha! It's just one step, and it's a doozy. Well at least I can't stand the taste of Kamel menthols anymore.
