Is it ever going to end? I have been going through menapause for like five years--maybe more. It comes and goes. I don't get a period for months then I do. Then my skin breaks out and I get bloated then that subsideds--acne and hot flashes!! It's not ok!!! On top of that, I get really lethargic and miss class and then I feel like a slug. booooo Well, today I am going to clean the dojo and take the kids to the beach. Both are therapeutic, so that is good. I am bringing a notebook and pen with me, to the beach. It's weird, but I am finding that I am getting a lot of work done writing in long hand and not on the pc. I just wish I could read my handwriting. |
