Bring it on! 1> Played Gina in a Comedia del Arte cart in the first Renaissance Faire when I was 8 years old. (I got a plaque for that at the 30th anniversary of the first faire) 2> Got punched in the eye and drove myself bleeding to the hospital where my husband stitched me up--I was still wearing my gi. 3> Had hot flashes during basics in martial arts classs. 4> Saw the Beatles perform live at the Hollywood Bowl. 5> Saw Donovan live and drunk perform at the Sunset Trip. 6> Tripped down a flight of stairs, landing at the feet of Peter Tork of the Monkees at the old Hullaballoo club in Hollywood. I was wearing the cutest red satin Nehru mini dress. 7> Got suspended for standing on the sprinklers during an anti war demonstration in Highschool. The administration turned on the sprinklers to try and disperse us, so my girlfriend and I jumped on them so no one got wet. 8> Saw the world I created for my first novel turn into an ongoing roleplaying game played on four different forums--still being played on two. 9> Earned my second degree black belt at age 51 10> gave birth to a daughter who scored 1420 on her SATs :P |
