I went to the Neil Gaiman book signing tonight. It was delightful. He talked and read from his new book Anansis Boys. Then he answered questions. A little girl asked him how he got the idea for wolves in the walls. He admitted he stole it from his daughter. I had to laugh because that's how I got graveyard of bees for The Buinne--from Angela. Kids can be very useful, especially if they have active imaginations. He signed my journal and said, "Moleskin--nice." He wrote dream in it and my name and his. Sighs..that's some awesome ch'i. |
