I went to fill my mini van's tank, this morning...65 bucks later I got to thinking. I just filled it like four days ago. I am pumping in almost 200 dollars worth of gas for that monster a week, and I no longer need it, since it's just Joe, Michael, and me--and Michael has his own car. I had to get it serviced, so I took it to the Ford dealer. When I got there I asked about hybrids and trade ins. They showed me their SUV hybrid, the Escape. Cute car!! They did the trade in estimate and it was very good. So what the hell. I can't afford a house and what I am paying in gas could go to car payments. So I bought the Escape, cash! This is the first car I have bought all on my own. All the others were with my dad or with David. This is my car. It's so cool, has a real kick. It drives silent, flying down the road. It's black and silver. Arggh, pirate car. :) And it gets 36 miles to the gallon! More than double the windstar. http://www.fordvehicles.com/suvs/escapehybrid/ |
