Well fuck. Okay, The sellers tried to push some assinine compromise about them giving me a credit for fixing the back part of the defective pipe. I told my agent to tell them that they can replace it all and pay for it and have it done before my move in day or no deal. I've found 10 new houses on the mls that look good, so fuck them. FUCK them. They'll back out, put a bandaid on it, and woe to the poor schmucks who end up buying that house. |
