In the interests of slight irony, as soon as I put up a post about how no editors ever respond to my submissions, I get an email offering to buy a story.

My short story, "The Green Pit", will appear in the children's anthology Usborne Fantasy Stories.

This is my first sale of a children's story, and I'm particularly pleased about that as I've just started to market my first children's novel, and it's good to have a publication in the right age range.
