This is a type of tea that Steph's dad was drinking when he was over here last Summer. It's got a quite distinct taste, a bit woody, I would call it, but I don't think it's flavoured. I quite like it. It's a good change to my normal teas. I got it from Whittard. I don't like most of their teas, but this one's pretty good.
We're going to see Farenheit 9/11 tonight. There's been a lot of criticism about this movie, much of it before it was released and by people who hadn't seen it, which is not surprising with this being a high-stakes political year in the US. I like what Michael Moore has done before, and I think the character attacks against him are based on two things: one, that the critics aren't willing to take on the facts, and two, that some left-wingers are embarrassed by passion in their politics. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe the movie is rubbish. We'll see tonight. This has been a bad writing week for me. I've been peculiarly unproductive. Nothing at all today yet, and hardly anything during much of the rest of the week. I started a new story, but I still need to figure out what the second plot thread is about and how it ties in with the first. It's a science fiction story, and I almost never write science fiction, so it's going slower than my stories normally do. I have a feeling it'll be good in the end, if I can force it to come together well. Read/Post Comments (2) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
