2002-05-24 6:17 PM It's gonna be a long night Previous Entry :: Next Entry Mood: Worried Well, I have 15 minutes before out long and lovely technical rehersal of Streetcar Named Desire begins, and won't ent till at least 2 am. A technical is where every light cue and sound cue gets all times out and added to the show, and out show has a absolute ton of them, so I am prepared to be here almost all night, and then have to get up bright and early in the morning for an exciting three day weekend at Ren Faire. If you are wondering why my mood for this entry is worried is because I failed a spanish test today, am probabally failing my Senior assessment, and have several other random reasons why I just may not graduate. other than that, it's all of this performance stuff that is tiring me out and stuff. At least in about a month, I get to go away for a while, but now is the time to have panic attacks till school ends, I avhe more tests in Spanish, a huge paper/research project to do, and a ton of work for that senior assessment class. Plus, I have a scene for mydirecting class to work on. I"m kinda glad that I have the weekend as sort of an escape, but honestly, I don't have the time to escape right about now. My show opens a week from tonight, which is so totally cool, but till then, I can expect a week of late night rehersals. The show is going pretty good, as is Ren Faire and the IMPS performance that I tour the elementary schools with. IN a few weeks, I will be going to North Carolina for a cousins reunion with my sisters, and then the following weekend, I go back to Sydney, I can't wait. NOw for me to say my 4 lines, over and over again so that they can set those lights just right, and do all of my tiny scenes so that they can set up that ton of sound effects throught the show, and I get top sing, loudly, by favorite part of the whole show, and I get to smile chalk filled fake ciggies on stage, what fun. Ttfn.
