Guess who had to sit through a four hour class on diversity training and making the most of your communication style, me. Got paid for it though. If I ran my work, I would axe all of these dumb classes they make us supervisor types take. I don't find them helpful in the least, and those who could really use the help, probabally won't change their way of thinking after a few hours of a lecture and some dumb group activities. Pretty lame kind of day.
