I'm pretty damn proud of myself, yesterday, a girl at work was asking around for suggestions for a homework assignment she had for her english class. she had to write a sonnet. So she went up to absolutely everyone and finally me asking how I was at writing sonnets. I said I'd give it a try, and in about a half an hour, in the middle of my shift, while I was keeping an eye on 32 registers at the front of the store and guest service, I came up with 16 lines of iambic pentameter about being sick of having the same ol' thing for lunch. Now, the teacher in me probabally shouldn't have done her homework for her like that, but i'm still pretty damn proud of myself.
