Mood: Amused Read/Post Comments (7) |
2004-11-05 12:52 PM Moo and the Neanderthals So, I finished milking the cow and had the door to my office open when two of my co-workers popped in. Two male coworkers, I should specify. And to be even more specific it should be noted that I am a cop, and work with cops, which means that I work with the basest type-A Alpha male personalities that walk the earth (with knuckles dragging.)
I looked at them suspiciously, because they both had silly grins on their face and cups in their hands, and one of them had a package of cookies. "I have chocolate chip cookies," the one announced. "Can we have some milk?" Sheesh. If it wasn't for the fact that I have no desire to waste hard-pumped breast milk on these two, I'd go ahead and give them some just to make them drink it. However, tomorrow I intend to bring in two bottles filled with cow's milk (not telling them it is cow milk, of course)and see what they do. (For the record, that sort of thing doesn't offend me. I'm pretty darn easy-going. Besides, they gave me a cookie.) Read/Post Comments (7) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
