2006-01-08 8:20 PM Weigh & Measure #2 Okay, I've tried several things, but for some reason the html for the table is not working properly on Journalscape. It's the exact same code as on my dianarowland.com site and that one looks fine, so it must be something wonky with journalscape. Hmm. Well, if you want to see the table in all its glory, click on the link above to my other site. Update: I took out all the th tags and replaced them with td bold tags and that seems to have mostly fixed it.
Well, I didn't lose the two pounds I'd hoped for. (My weight loss goal is ~two pounds/week.) However, I didn't really start on the diet until Tuesday, and didn't really start the Serious Exercising until Wednesday, so, for 2/3 of a week, I figure a pound and a half isn't too shabby. Plus, when you start looking at the measurements, it gets even more encouraging. I lost half an inch each off of my bust, waist, and hips. I can SO handle that. Anyway, Sunday is my weigh & measure day, but it's also my "relax a bit" day. I did no working out, and while I didn't get stupid on my diet ("splurge" day is not "insane eating until you undo the entire week's work" day) I did allow myself to eat a bit more normally. I'm hoping that this week is not going to be too difficult as far as getting a chance to work out. Jack is off in Atlanta for the week, so I'm playing Single Mom. I'm just going to have to really plan ahead when it comes to doing stuff. Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
