Weigh & Measure #4

I wasn’t at all good about doing my first-thing-in-the-morning cardio this week–-which supposedly causes you to burn up to 300% more fat. I think I actually managed to get up at that horrid hour of 0430 (which is when I have to get up if I’m going to do first-thing-in-the-morning cardio) only once. But still, not bad progress. I did shed another 2 pounds, and the basic measurements are all shrinking. My jeans are already starting to feel a tetch looser, and I’ve gone down a size in my uniform pants.

Maybe people will stop thinking I’m pregnant soon. :P
