My weight didn't budge a whole lot this week, however, according to my nifty bodyfat calculator, I lost about 2.2 pounds of fat and gained about 1.6 pounds of muscle, which is EXACTLY the kind of progress I'm shooting for. So, even though I would have dearly loved to have dipped below that horrid 170 mark, I still can't really be upset.

Plus, the inches keep sliding off nicely. After one month of pretty disciplined diet/exercise, I've lost 3" off my bust, 3.5" off my waist, and 1.5" off my hips. Can't complain!

Also, as far as my workouts and strength go, my body definitely remembers what it's like to be strong, which kinda surprises me since it's been nearly three years since I've done any kind of heavy lifting. At my best, before pregnancy, I was benching ~150, and squatting ~250. I'm now benching 115 (solidly, and could have probably done more except that I don't have a regular spotter/training partner) and I'm squatting 185 (again, need a regular spotter/training partner.)
