Weigh & Measure #8

Not much change in inches this week, though the scale showed decent progress. No change in bodyfat, which is a bit disappointing. But, I changed up the way I'm doing cardio this week, and really didn't do anywhere near as much as I'd wanted so I'm sure that had a lot to do with it. I feel like each week I figure some new facet out of what works for me, so this coming week I'm going to try and put it all together and see what happens.

I don't know how many of my readers really give that much of a crap about my diet and exercise progress, but this method--reporting the minute details to the entire Internets--works the best for me. It helps me so much to feel like I'm accountable to others, even if no one really is paying attention to this.
