Weigh & Measure #9

I had a bit of a backslide this week--went a bit off the diet the last half of the week, and workouts were scarce. This was equally the fault of busy worklife and Mardi Gras (dayare closing early on Friday) and plain old laziness on my part. I guess I was due. :)

So, I gained a bit of weight back... but according to the bodyfat monitors, I actually lost fat and gained muscle.

Two months in, and I've lost about fifteen pounds of fat and gained about six pounds of muscle, lost almost five inches off of my waist and almost three inches off of my hips and jut over two inches off of my thighs.
