2006-03-22 10:02 AM Weigh & Measure #12 Only one more "Official" Weigh & Measure left after this one, at least for this portion of my weight/fat loss project. After this first 12 weeks I doubt I'll post weekly graphs, though I will probably at least post updates as they happen since I'm still keeping the thought of competing this year in mind. I went off the diet about a zillion ways this past week, but still managed to show some decent results. I think I'm finally "tipping over" in the muscle/fat ratio where I now have enough muscle that it has raised my metabolism. I mean, I'm eating constantly. I still eat pretty darn clean (for the most part) but I rarely go more then 3 hours without eating. And, I've stopped even trying to do anything low carb. About the lowest "low carb" that I do is to keep my total carbs below 100 a day (an amount that would send any Atkins-ite into paroxysms of horror.) I just feel so blah on low carb days--even when I'm just cycling them down for a day or two--to the point where I don't even want to work out, which kinda defeats the whole purpose, ya know? So, anyway, still making slow and steady progress:
