2003-11-23 9:27 PM "On Certain Sundays In November/" . . . Three weeks into my first month of full time writing and I'm doing okay. The first week I didn't do much, but improved each consecutive week. The first fifty pages of my novel have been sent to Don Maass, I'm rolling along with the rest of the novel, and I'm working on a short story too.
I should be able to revise approximately fifty pages of my novel a week at the very least. This upcoming week will look like this: I'll write for an hour or so on a short story in the morning. Then for the rest of the day I'll work on revising the novel. New words and revising old ones. I received a rejection from Argosy this week. Responded in eighteen days.
