2004-01-18 4:21 PM Zeppelin Ahoy! So I have a Zeppelin picture for wallpaper on my computer and my the writing of my Zeppelin story is going strong. I'll be handing this story in for critique on Tuesday. I feel good about this one.
I do weird things to the human body in some of my stories, I guess it's one of my things to write about. It's as if I change the body to say something about the human condition. "Pieces Of Us From The Earth" is like that, but it hasn't sold yet. The next novel I want to write has some odd things with the body too. Oh, let's not forget the story I handed in to the Strange Horizons workshop--a barber opens up the head of his customer and pulls out a homunculus. I have no problem being called weird. So yesterday I got a rejection from Boy's Life. It was sent during Eric's mailing party two weeks ago. Boy's Life beat F&SF for response time. What happened to Gordon?
