I found out at work today that the major project that I've been working on for the past two months is finally coming to a head. I've been doing financial impact projections for the union contract negotiations for the nurses' union, and we learned today that they'll be bringing the contract forward to a ratification election this week.

That means that both sides have agreed that it's a workable contract, and are sending it to the members to approve or reject. If it's approved, then that means I'm done with that phase of things... it'll really clear up a lot of time here at work for me, since that was easily eating up three to four hours of each day.
