Thank god it's Friday. I'm seriously looking forward to the weekend.

Tomorrow's my birthday - I hit the ripe old age of 31 - and Jen came up with the idea for a great place to spend it... the Ren Faire. It'll be Gabriel's first one. We need to get him a sword or something... I mean, what self-respecting seven-week old doesn't own a sword? Or at the very least, a turkey leg.

And one week from today, the Rossel horde lands in L.A. to meet the baby. My parents and my two sisters are flying out from NYC (my brother has to work) to meet their grandson/nephew. It'll be great to see them all again - the last time I did, it was at our wedding three years ago.
