There are a few things we've found that will make Gabriel either smile, or just bust out laughing. One, cleverly discovered by my wife, is saying the word "zombie" to him, or making zombie noises.

I've also just discovered that singing "This Corrosion" by the Sisters of Mercy (along with the iTunes) makes him laugh until he gets the hiccups.
