However, Campbell’s Kitchen offers a quick and easy to way to prepare a spaghetti dinner – no real fuss and tasty to boot:
Quick Spaghetti & Meatballs 1 jar (48 oz.) pasta sauce flavored with meat 16 (1 oz. each) frozen meatballs 8 cups hot cooked spaghetti Grated Parmesan cheese
Mix the pasta sauce and meatballs in large saucepan; heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for twenty minutes or until meatballs are done, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese. Serves 6.
I also have my own recipe for a “quick sauce” (actually a variation from one my ex-husband used to make), which includes sliced black olives, olive oil, onions and garlic in a meatless sauce. However, the quick spaghetti recipe from Campbell’s sounds like a better bet for an easy mid-week meal (or anytime for that matter). Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
