I lightly coated the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil, and cooked the chicken at 350° for about an hour. Afterward, I took off the foil cover and baked the chicken for an additional thirty minutes. As a side, I threw together ramen noodles (fully cooked but drained of all liquid), and tossed them with the accompanying chicken seasoning packets and a bag of frozen mixed vegetables (pre-cooked beforehand). I stirred the noodles and vegetables together, adding a pat of butter as well.

My husband raved and even Foofer have his seal of approval (conning us into giving him an entire thigh to himself and then some). Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
