Last night’s dinner was another variety of Bear Creek soups – this time we sampled Broccoli & Cheddar. I also added two cups of fresh broccoli (steamed) and about one cup of cubed ham from our leftover Christmas feast. As usual, I buttered and broiled slices of baguette bread to go with the soup, and we had a nicely hot and tasty meal. I have yet to try a bad or even average variety of Bear Creek soups – all of them are wonderful (with the exception of Tortilla Soup, but only because we haven’t tested that one yet). Soup is one of my favorite meals during the winter months, and I have truly found a bounty with Bear Creek Foods.
