Quick Biscuits & Gravy

Tonight for dinner I had a yen for biscuits and gravy, but I didn’t want to go to all the trouble to start the meal from scratch. Instead, I toasted an Australian biscuit (Oroweat brand), and then whipped up a small batch of white biscuit gravy from the packaged powder mix (which only needs water). I toasted the biscuits, and then spooned the gravy on top. Delicious! The same could be done using leftover gravy of some kind, although heated up separate from the biscuits in order to avoid sogginess.
