I always make my own tartar sauce, but have had very little luck making my own version of the crunchy fillets. Campbell’s Kitchen offered a recipe for such a dish in their newsletter today:
Crispy Oven-Fried Fish Fillets Vegetable cooking spray
1/3 C milk 1/4 C all-purpose flour Tartar sauce
