I think my mother would really like this:

Tomato Cheese Bread

1 loaf French bread

1 can (11 oz.) Campbell's® Tomato Bisque Soup

1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup chopped green onions

1 tsp. garlic powder

 

Cut bread into lengthwise halves and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400° for five minutes. Mix the soup, cheeses, onions and garlic powder. Spread bread with soup mixture. Bake for five minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into slices. Serves 4.
