Easy Turkey Pot Pie

1 can (10¾ oz.) Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup

1 pkg. (about 9 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 

1 C cubed cooked turkey OR chicken

½ C milk

1 egg

1 C all-purpose baking mix

 

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix the soup, vegetables and turkey in 9" pie plate. Mix the milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over turkey mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden. Serves 4.

Believe it or not, we are just about out of turkey from Thanksgiving. Between my husband and the dogs, they have managed to work it over quite well.
