Training: Day #2

Good lord, there were some really persnickity customers today. So this one lady ordered three things, JUST three things, but on one of the sandwiches, she wanted a lot of things. No pickles, no mayo, extra cheese, the list goes on! Even Teahne had a hard time trying to figure out the order. We even had a manager come and check it out. Man, what a fun ride, huh... Biggest wtf moment so far, but I'm getting there. I actually spoke louder and took control of more customers. I think Johana got a little annoyed, but hey, she should be happy I'm getting the hang of this cash register business. Mopped the front counter area before I clocked out.

I haven't eaten since this morning, all I had was a banana and a cup of water. It helped me out during most of my shift, but I started feeling some pain my last half-hour again. Teahne and another co-worker asked if I was ok, I just said I had a little headache and I'm ok. Really, I am! Darn you, hunger!

After I clocked out (about an hour ago), Mama told me to go wait to pick me up because she was doing stuff at home. So I waited for about half-hour. Read in the lobby, but Mike told me I can't stay in the lobby if I got my uniform on. So I walked out and went to the Wawa next door. Stared at all the food...they were totally mocking me! Wishing I had something to eat... fortunately Mama came and gave me some rice and soup. It helped, a little. There was only a rain-spray that literally lasted for 2 minutes, so that's good, I don't want my uniform to be soaked.

Sooo. Yeah. Really tired, a little hungry, but I ain't gonna die, so I'm good. Gotta do this training stuff until Sunday. Oh, they told me only the people who work more than 5 hours or more get breaks. Pssh, I only worked for 4 hours, but I'm cool with that. At the library. I changed my uniform shirt, but my pants, I'm still wearing. They're quite comfortable.
