A Pleasant Rush.

Someone break out the butter and knife because I'm on a roll, baby!!! Haha.

Ok, really great day at work. Ms. Cynthia said I'm doing an "excellent, excellent job" and was wondering if I was coming to work tomorrow. Of course I am! Pssh, those dishes ain't gonna wash themselves ya know. But I'm so happy! Boss lady likes me, w00t! I was so happy with the comment that a few seconds after she left my work station, I started singing the Double Rainbow song (Trust me, I probably sounded like a total dork. I'm actually listening to it on YouTube right now!). Maybe I can go back to working register? As if, haha. But it's still something. Eric was like, "Looks like someone's getting her first paycheck this Saturday!" I told him I'm giving my first paycheck to my mother, just to help out with bills. But the next one, I can do whatever I want with it. The janitor said I was doing a fine job, saying "You a'ight, girl. Ya look like someone who really likes to work." Haha, true that. Even if they gave me eight hours of work, I wouldn't mind at all! I also worked on the grill for a few minutes. Was an interesting experience, had to be careful with the hot oil though.

Anyways....lol....at the library right now. Bus driver offered to drive me here instead of me having to walk because it's along his route anyway. So nice of him! He said I was brave for walking in the heat to the library everyday, but hey, it's good exercise nonetheless. Chillin' to music right now, got nothing else to say. For now. Omg, I see that same kid from yesterday! Both he and his lil' bro' are wearing red, and chatting about some video game on a nearby computer across from mine. Coolness.

Just finished reading 1984 yesterday. Ending...as expected, wasn't really too happy. Winston and Julia got caught by the Thought Police, Julia got brainwashed. Winston, no so much, but he caved in at the end. Idk, that's how I interpreted it. It's so political and negative, not my kind of reading, but hey, I can tell people that I've read this book. I learned some important lessons reading it.

Got nothing else worth saying soooo....

Peace out, cats and kittens.
