Woohoo! I have survived and bested adversity. Or something like that....What I definitely HAVE done is finished grading every single damn essay! They were due in at 5pm; I showed up, panting, at 4:53--and found the department building locked, and no one in sight. Aaaaaah!!! Luckily, my teaching supervisor was still in the building, so I managed to reach her by phone. And now I'm DONE! Which means....tada!...we can finally watch our DVD of Return of the King! Life Is Good.

Much more to tell, but the computer lab is closing....
