2008-09-17 3:49 PM Quick Latin help? Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (0) Can anyone give me a quick 'n dirty translation into Latin of an English half-sentence? It doesn't need to be correct - in fact, I'd actually prefer it to be a little clumsy, because I have a Classics scholar tut-tutting about it in the context of the novel. So the order of the words could be off, or the form of the verb or address could be wrong, or...basically, don't worry about being too neat with it!
The half-sentence is: "Divine Goddess, we offer you..." If anyone can help, I will owe you my undying gratitude! And although we are very, very broke right now, I will at least be sending you virtual chocolate and champagne in thanks... ETA: I've just had two people send me translations. You guys rock!
