What would it be like to be able to look up a personal feeling or problem ("I'm sad"; "I'm mad"; "I'm glad"; "I'm ranting again...") in your own personal Owner's Manual for a troubleshooting guide?

Sometimes I joke about not receiving this owner's manual at birth or losing it since. When I get really lost from the Self, I wish it were real. But would it be a blessing or a curse?
