I must say, a Common Ground Conference makes a great deal of sense to me...

Not to mention Term Limits, also discussed in the article above, and IMHO, also needed, desperately, since the incumbent re-election rate is about 95%.

The thing NOT discussed is Lobbyists, and the stranglehold of the Corporatocracy. Maybe the Common Ground Conference could address the revolving door to the Lobby Bank?

Maybe. Maybe it's too late for America. Maybe we can't fix the problems. I've about given up hope. Maybe it will all look different a week from now, after the Mid-Terms, in two years from now, after the Presidential Elections.
