I am disappointed in myself that I cannot get up in front of an audience and speak my mind. This has been bothering me since last Saturday at my Mother's Memorial, where nearly all the people there were known to me, and on an individual basis, I can speak my mind quite easily.

When I got up to speak, I became nervous, I'm sure I stammered out something and sat down, not having said what was on my mind at all.

I am very thankful to those who were able to get up and tell the rest of us great stories about Mom.

My favorite story is when Paul asked her last year, "what is the best thing about being 98?". Her answer: "There's no peer pressure!"
