I paraphrase my brother Peter, as he would shake his head, astounded at some new development in the world, "If someone wrote a novel claiming all this happened, no publisher would have invested in it..."...

Perhaps the (nearing) $10T we as a nation have committed to the financial sector in the last few months IS actually required to save the nation, although this is a debatable point among our many economic pundits, and one which I personally have a difficult time believing. Then, Mr. and Mrs. CongressPerson, please explain this to us, the taxpayers, the citizens for whom you are supposed to be working, and put language into the bill which is completely transparent to us, your employers, your credit-line-of-first-and-last-resort, and do not give away our treasury with no accountability.

Are there no laws against swindling the Taxpayers out of every last cent that can be promised by our generations to come? (Steal a dollar and do hard time. Put the wrong substance in your own body and do time. Give away trillions with no accountability? Hey, Bush, there's still time for Medal of Freedom awards for Paulson and Bernanke!

I for one am indignant that Paulson, Bernanke and others have played god with our treasury, bestowing our GrandChildren's Trust and hard work upon his friends, while being utterly arrogant toward his true employers, the American Taxpayers and Citizens. Remember, "We, The People":? If one sells out his country for money, why is this not called treason?

It is time and past time that the culprits be brought to justice. I call once again for a Truth Commission. Let bushcheneyrumsfeldt have a fair trial for war crimes in the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. We need some tough love. I rather imagine Paulson and his cronies will be tried here in the United States, but the Truth will set the rest of us free! (And there's blame enough to go around, isn't there, Congress?)

Please note that I do not know who to give credit for the term, "Tarpal Funnel Syndrome", but I found the phrase spot on for what seems to be effecting Congress.
