I would like to STOP calling the TARP funds a "BAILOUT", and call it what it is, "CORPORATE WELFARE"! Or how about "WEALTHY WELFARE"?
That way, if and when the economy ever turns around, public welfare for widows and orphans (and universal health care?) can't, and won't, be denied.
