A week or so I got a haircut.

Sometimes people acknowledge a haircut by by saying, "You got a haircut!" and the recently shorn may respond, "All of them!".

Since my youth I have heard another common response, "You had your ears lowered!", which happened to me just a couple days ago.

My mind got confused and although someone at work used the second phrase above, I responded with the first response!

Friend: "You had your ears lowered!"

Me: "All of them!"

When time caught up with me and I realized I had mixed up the two common phrases, I burst out laughing...
