As loyal readers of this blog will recollect, I sometimes think in cartoons.

Not being a cartoonist, I find myself able to describe such a cartoon much easier than drawing it.

Given enough time, I may attempt to paint the following...

Observe an old-fashioned bank lobby, where the customer is on one side of a wall, or half-wall, with the teller on the other side.

Observe that the customer is in fact Uncle Sam. He has his hands reaching for the sky, after he had obviously inverted his pockets to show he had no money.

Now observe that the teller looks remarkably like Disney's Uncle Scrooge. He has a large handgun aimed at Uncle Sam.

There is no caption, only a title. The title is, "Say Uncle!"
