Thought Cartoon: "Constitutional Rights"

Once in a while I think in cartoons and based mostly on the news story of the moment, .
So here's the cartoon... a "Stick-Up" sign that says, "Give me all your money now or I'm going to burn holy books next week, I swear I will, it's my Constitutional Right to do so!" (Include an archetypal bank robber and teller as needed.)
I just wonder how long it will take for someone to attempt to retaliate by burning hundreds of bibles? Then somebody else decides to burn all known references to the Flying Spaghetti Monster, again in retaliation. (Think monkeys throwing their own excrement at other monkeys to fully comprehend the prehistoric origins of this aspect of human nature.)
