On May 3, 2014, the White House Correspondent's Dinner was held in Washington, D.C. and Barack Obama's line was, "Colorado legalized marijuana this year, an interesting social experiment. I do hope it doesn't lead to a whole lot of paranoid people who think that the federal government is out to get them and listening to their phone calls.".

That might be a funny joke from someone who doesn't actually have the power to effect changes in either and both topics. Here's someone who used marijuana, understands that it is not and should not be classified as a "Schedule I Narcotic" substance with "no accepted medical use" and "are considered the most dangerous class of drugs with a high potential for abuse and potentially severe psychological and/or physical dependence," according to the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Yet, knowing that it is much less harmless than most prescription drugs, Mr President wants to pass the buck and says it's up to Congress to change how feds classify marijuana.

This, knowing that 750,000 People Arrested for Simple Marijuana Possession in 2011, (according to FBI's own report), or read these unbelievable statistics! Even Republican Governor Chris Christie Eases Access to NJ Medical Marijuana Program.

Why won't the government review the "Schedule I Narcotic" classification? It should be obvious by now that this (as well as every past administration, IMO), Obama administration would rather do ANYTHING than admit that it is wrong on some issues.

So keep sticking your head in the sand, Barackinator, "it's not your job", right? Oh, wait, it is your job! Frankly, you're about the best Republican President we've had since George Bush Jr., Barry! You used to be liberal, before you weren't. (You're way behind your constituents.)

BTW, if you want some truth-be-told in the matter, I hope you check out how children who have hundreds of seizures per hour and have been recommended brain surgery are helped to get off of all other medications and reduce seizures to less than one a week, using cannabis oil - [Democracy Now!]

Isn't it time to admit this plant should be re-classified, Mr. President?
