Read/Post Comments (1) I haven't ever really had a very large department, but have to manage quite a few different aspects of my company. I've had up to 6 in my department, but oh, those were the good ol days.
My only hourly employee turned in his walkin papers. I'm now working with a staff of two for my call center, neither qualify for OT or holiday pay. Le sigh. In other news, launch of the game went rather well I believe, besides my ever challenging database chat room issue and glitches with Live Journal game journals. I'm really happy with how it's coming out, but still want to work on design with the site, to make it look even more interesting. I am enjoying my involvement in this project. I am thrilled at the appreciation that our returning players have been showing (and their forgiveness for being in hiatus longer than planned). Skipped karaoke again this week. You would think that after a weekend I'd be well rested enough for a late Monday night, but such has not been the case. I'm planning on getting a couple more karaoke CDs this coming weekend, so am going to do my best to make it next week. Congrats oges out to Misty, who will be performing in a theater festival in Utah. She got an award (sorry sis, forgot the name of the award) and a group from her college are all headed out there for a week. Enjoy your snow girly girl! Well, I have several meetings and con calls today. Some related to my newly diminished staff, and some totally seperate issues. Hopefully things go well. I've been flip flopping moods in a really weird way the past coupla days. Not sure if it's just stress, or if my life really does have flip flopping extreme circumstances like this. It's weird. Can't go into detail now, work awaits! Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
