Anonymity is what draws many people, of all ages, to the Internet. You can pretty much be whoever you would like to be, and no one would be the wiser. Then you see something like this come along, and it just hits you, the different things that were going on here. The 21 year old, who can disappear in his bedroom for quite some time and has probably made a habit of it. The onlookers, some cruelly egging him on, some wanting to help, some apathetic. The fact that there are people who have such bad problems that a doctor would prescribe something that heavy. It boggles the mind.

The Internet can't really be blamed for this. Bot how do you fix it?
