So, not having much else to do this morning, having left my updated resume files at home accidentally, I decided to look a bit further into the "Reefer Madness" website, and browse through the cast profiles of the Los Angeles and New York casts. Mostly because I recognized about half of the cast from TV and other plays and wanted to assure my initial "I KNOW I know that guy from somewhere" reactions while watching the show. I also wanted to see Wendy's credits and bio, and see more about the writer Kevin Murphy, who has also done writing for one of my favorite shows "Ed" (and no, not the same Kevin Murphy of MST3K, although I initially thought it was) and apparently has a ton of things in the works.

I was scrolling down the Los Angeles list of cast members from LA and my eyes froze on a familiar face, one from High School, an old crush, Matt Shepherd.



Thoughts of excitement in tracking down an old friend filled my mind, I spent 4 years in the theater group at school with him...

Then I noticed that his picture was the only picture with a link which I clicked on, hoping to find his website or contact info, but insted... I found an obituary... He died about a year ago.
