Random thoughts from me, as I debate getting up from behind the computer to read or do something else. Been doing work stuff or gamer stuff for a couple of hours now. Please mind the sharp turns. :)

So I've got turtles staring at me from the other side of the room. I suppose they would like some food at some point. They're getting so big. I'll probably switch them to the bigger tank over the weekend once I get more aquarium rock for them.

I read a very disturbing article this morning. What a very traumatic holiday Easter will now be for some poor children. They'll be talking to their therapists about it when they're older. I know that even Benji losing his bone was too much for me when I was 4. This would have stunted my emotional development by years!

Currently listening to William Hung's album. Yep. Sure did buy it. What a novelty item. :) I'm not going to say that he's great, but he's got a good spirit.

Spoke to an FBI agent today for about half an hour (work related) and wow, he sounded exactly like the FBI agent from Twin Peaks, exactly as chipper and matter-of-fact.

Been watching Twin Peaks, which I never watched before, via Netflix. We're three episodes in (including the pilot) and I'm really digging it.

Erik's sis sent us Freaks and Geeks DVD set. Another show that I missed when it was on. Seen one episode, and I'm really digging it too.

Posponed my game (VtM) to two weeks from now. I lost my filling, yet again, while I had the flu. That makes three times. My options on what to do with that tooth are now limited, possibly complicated and painful, and very expensive. Depending on the extent of the work donw, it may blow my whole day. After taking a poll of my players, I decided that it was probably best not to run a game after having someone drill on me, and I'm probably not going to be able to dodge the novicaine which will guarantee me a headache when it wears off.

Damn to I hate dentists. I may be shopping around for a new one, again, soon. I've gone through a handful within just a few years. I don't think I'm being too picky either, I just want to get stuff done right.


Erik should be donewith rehearsals and back pretty soon here. I think we're going to try to catch a late showing of some movie. Not sure what just yet but I feel really really behind on movies so could probably go for anything.

Actually, I'd like to see Endless Sunshine of the Spotless Mind again, but should probably wait on it. I really liked that film., but movies are so expensive now that it seems silly to see one more than once, you've paid for a DVD by that point.

Perhaps if things go too late to catch one I'll just watch another MST3K from the latest boxed set.

*shrug*

Okay, the turtles are no doubt plotting my demise out of fury and hunger. I must chop some carrots and get the meal worms from the fridge.
