New Me, Day 1 (90 Day Fitness Project)

Fitness Project is now under way. I will try not to sound too obsessive about my weight or exercise or eating habits, but I did commit to posting them for this project.

Weigh ins will only be Mondays. I am probably going to put the scale in the cupboard for the rest of the week to prevent myself from checking too much.

Today's weight in: 203
Today's goals: based in today's plans, I can probably get in a total of about a half hour Yoga or Pilates, and a half hour of aerobic. I'm going to have to squeeze this in with updating and sending resume a couple of places, filing unemployment, upgrading my desktop to XP so I can install Office XP and have my Office apps, which I managed to break the night before I got laid off.

I will only be going out to eat for lunch today, with my former workmates. I think the rest of my meals for this week will be made at home. I bought a LOT of healthy groceries last week.

Alllllrighty, time to get going on stuff.
