So I didn't eat entirely healthy yesterday, but Del Taco isn't really that bad. Had healthy breakfast and lunch. I am happy to say though that yesterday I did manage my goal of staying away from sugary stuff and caffeine. There's a very small amount of sugar in my Kashi cereal that I have in the mornings sometimes, but other than that, aside from natural sugar in fruit, I don't think I had any. I'm less concerned about it being a small amount in a recipie. I'm mostly staying away from teh usual suspects, pastries, candy (which I generally have a lot of), soda, etc. I think I'm going to go with the reduced sugar approach for the rest of the week. I'm unsure if I'll be able to keep it up for the last part of the month, with increased food and shopping and whatnot, but I'll sure give it a shot.

And I'm still pondering the whole caffeine thing, as I sit here with my Earl Grey tea. I think I am going to plan to get off of caffeine, and do it and be done with it before the holiday season.

Today, lunch time will be a long walk.

So yesterday evening I saw Good Night and Good Luck with the girls in the new theater company. I thought it was very intresting and liked it a lot. We came back and watched Robots (though I crashed through the middle of it) and it was a lot weirder and quirkier than I had expected. I liked it.

Well, back to work. Contemplating where to fit Harry Potter in this week (Thursday midnight, or wait till Friday) and time for other things (character background, theater company books to be read, documentation to write, and the final stages in the business plan that I've been procrastinating on for some unknown reason)

Laters!
