Enjoy the ride.

Currently, I live in a small 'crossroad' town in the Sierra Nevada foothills. I'm raising a wonderful son, cultivating a promissing career in Real Estate and enjoying every day! I'm involved in many community activities, charitable organizations and do LOTS of Yoga! Life is a great ride. Things change, I adapt and follow the 'road' with love and humility. • Real Estate Marathon

Wow, I had one of those crazy marathon work days yesterday. I went nonstop from 6am - 10:30pm! I dealt with 4 prospective buyers at various stages - some I showed property to, some I faxed info to, some I called back, etc. I wrote up a counter offer on a listing I have. I wrote up an appraisal report for a lender.

And on top of all that, I had probably the most important meeting with a prospective listing I've had yet. It's probably the best ranch in the area. 500 acres of subdividable land with a lake in an excellent location. The owners came to me because of a flyer I mailed out. They told me that they've heard from different Realtors over the years, but they came to me because they were impressed with mine! That made my day (maybe my year even). We had a great meeting. We'll see if they list in the future.

Did I mention that I did all of that with a babysitter watching Allex for just TWO of the 16.5 hours. The rest of the time he was with me! Trying to keep him occupied while I worked was no easy task. I was rum dum by the end of the day. I'm recovering today. I worked today too, things were easier - not much though. I've heard other agents talk about days like this but had never before experienced it.
